Starting therapy can bring up a lot of questions — and that’s completely normal. I’ve put together answers to the ones I hear most often, so you can get a clear sense of what to expect. If you don’t see your question here, feel free to reach out and I’ll be happy to help.

I provide:
Individual therapy – personalized sessions for burnout, stress, anxiety, trauma, and compassion fatigue.
Group therapy – small groups tailored for nurses, teachers, and other helpers to reduce isolation and build resilience.
Workshops & trainings – for hospitals, schools, and nonprofits, focused on burnout prevention, boundaries, and staff wellness.
I have training and experience in CBT, ACT, EMDR, and CPT.
I will generally draw from any source that I think might be helpful to you, and we will talk about what therapy will look like for you in the first session.

I specialize in supporting helpers—nurses, doctors, teachers, therapists, first responders, and other caregiving professionals—who are experiencing burnout, compassion fatigue, moral injury, or work-related stress.
